Interested in self-care coaching?
My self-care coaching is designed to get you back to living the life you want. I work with small groups of 4-6 individuals. Each week we will meet to discuss different self-care topics and brainstorm how to implement them into your life in a meaningful way. You will also have access to me via a messaging platform Monday through Friday.
About me
My name is Danna and I am a self-care coach. I work with clients from a variety of populations from college age and older. My goal is to help my clients gain greater levels of independence and see the power of positive psychology. I use a lot of Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques in my work. In my spare time, I enjoy writing letters with my pen pals, working on self-improvement, and bullet journaling.
